Understanding Order Statuses
The History section of Yalo Cobro App, contains the orders placed in the sales area and orders on hold.
This section is mainly managed by the kitchen area, especially in restaurant type businesses. The following are the different order statuses in this type of establishment.
Order Statuses:
Received
In Progress
Completed
Canceled
Received
All orders placed in the sales area arrive at the Received status. The personnel in charge of the system, in the kitchen, are in charge of the movements of these orders.
In Progress
Orders are passed to the Progress status after they are received, while they are being prepared in the kitchen.
Completed
When the kitchen area finishes preparing the order, they move it to the Completed status by notifying the checkout area to be delivered to the customer.
Cancelled
When delivering the order to the customer, different inconveniences may arise for the customer to want to cancel the order, for example, the customer left the establishment for some reason. So the cashier has to pass the order to Cancelled.
How to Change Order Status
To change an order status in the Yaro Cobro app, refer to the example below:
For example, the order #32763 que is in Received state, to change it to another status, we click on the blue button.
When you click on the button, the list of states is displayed. From that list we choose the state to which we want to transfer the order.
