To change or recover your Yalo Cobro POS password, ensure you are logged into your BackOffice account using this link (https://admin.yalocobro.com/#/sign-in). Then, follow these simple steps to update your password:
Go to Business Profile.
Click on the Settings icon.
Navigate to the Establishments section.
Click the three dots and select Modify.
Verify your email for Yalo Cobro POS login and ensure it matches the one you are using.
Set and confirm your new password.
Click the "Save Changes" button.
Refresh your browser and try logging in again.
Note: After completing this configuration, you will be able to access your Yalo Cobro POS register from the app.
